As Prime Time grows, so do the physical and operational needs. This means that there is a need to continue to seek sufficient and diversified funding from individual, corporations, and foundations. As a 501c3 non-profit organization, we are always in need of your generous donations. All funds donated to Prime Time are tax-deductible, and, unless noted otherwise by the donor, will go to the general operational costs of running the camp and providing a safe and healthy outdoor recreational experience for our special families, at no cost to them.
Prime Time has always made a great effort to stretch the donations we receive to the fullest extent possible. As an example, the water treatment plant is valued at $119,000. Yet it was built for a cash outlay of $26,000 by using volunteers, donated materials, and services. The sewer system is valued at $49,000 and it was built for less than $23,000. The new duplex cabins are valued at $200,000 but were built for $20,000.
25 for $25 Campaign
Participate in our 25th Anniversary campaign and help us raise money for Camp Prime Time. It’s easy. Get 25 people to donate $25 and your name will go in for a drawing. Winners will be chosen February 1. Celebrate with us – 25 years of providing an outdoor recreational camping experience for families with children who are seriously ill or disabled – all at no cost to them.

Membership Support
You are encouraged to become a member of Camp Prime Time for only $25/year! The income generated from membership fees will help fund the operation of the camp. With your membership, you become part of something you can take pride in … the building of special memories.

Cash Gifts
Unless otherwise noted, your gift will go to the general operations of camp.
Camperships
This is your chance to pay for a child and/or family member to come to camp. It costs $160/person to provide a weekend at camp.
Lodge Renovation Campaign
This $1.5 million project will enhance the 60 year old lodge at camp, making the facility handicap accessible, adding restrooms on the main floor, and building volunteer quarters and a caretaker apartment on a new, second floor. All this cannot be done without your donations.

Tribute Gifts
Memorial gifts for the passing of a loved one OR a gift in celebration of a birthday or anniversary are a great way to help Prime Time continue to meet the day-to-day needs of camp.
Camp Prime Time has recently built a Memorial Kiosk at camp near the Accessible Treehouse. This Kiosk will honor those who have had a connection with the camp and who have passed away. If you would like to participate by recognizing your deceased loved one, please fill out the form and mail it with the payment to the camp office. Or give us a call at 509-248-2854.
Gifts of Securities
Charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts are methods to generate a source of donation to camp for life. You may fund your gifts with either cash or appreciated securities – the choice depends on your specific goals. By using this method of donation, your gift qualifies you for a substantial charitable income – tax deduction.
Endowment Fund
Gifts to this fund are restricted and will last perpetually. They will help secure the future of Camp Prime Time. It is truly “a gift with a future”. The benefit to you will be knowing the income generated by the legacy you leave will support the camp and programs for years to come.

We believe in protecting our donors’ privacy. Therefore, we do not lend, sell, or rent mailing lists of our donors or participants, so you never have to worry that your name, address, or credit card information would ever be used outside of our organization.
